Your card works as you'd expect - PumpSwap gets paid, you keep your 30-day credit cycle, and the GST shows on your statement for easy accounting.

FAQs
What does “qualified lead” actually mean?
A person who submitted the quote form with: format-valid mobile (AU ##########), format-valid email, 4-digit Australian postcode, current hot water system type, timeline, and household size. We do NOT verify property ownership or confirm the person is who they say they are. If a lead looks like a duplicate, test submission, or has invalid contact info, flag it within 7 days and we investigate manually before crediting your account.
When does billing start?
Your first lead is free. From lead 2 onwards, each accepted lead is $50 + GST ($55 total) charged at Accept click via Stripe Checkout on your business credit card. No subscription, no invoicing, no payment reminders.
What if a lead is low quality?
Flag it via the reject link within 7 days. We review each flagged lead manually and credit your invoice if we agree it was invalid. We track rejection patterns as part of quality monitoring on both sides of the marketplace.
Are leads exclusive?
No. Up to 2 other vetted installers may receive the same lead (hard cap of 3 installers per lead, enforced in code). First 3 to accept win; others get an auto-decline email. If you want territorial exclusivity, we offer a separate retainer model for manufacturers and national partners.
What suburbs do you cover?
We rank nationally for heat pump queries. We prioritise sending leads to installers in the same LGA or a 30-minute drive. Tell us your service area on the form.
What systems do you focus on?
Heat pump hot water primary. Solar panels, battery storage, and EV chargers are additional verticals with separate partner programmes in the same network.
Do you work with manufacturer networks?
