FAQs
What does “qualified lead” actually mean?
A person who submitted the quote form with: format-valid mobile (AU ##########), format-valid email, 4-digit Australian postcode, current hot water system type, timeline, and household size. We do NOT verify property ownership or confirm the person is who they say they are. If a lead looks like a duplicate, test submission, or has invalid contact info, flag it within 7 days and we investigate manually before crediting your account.
When does billing start?
Your first lead is free. From lead 2 onwards, each accepted lead is $39 including GST, charged at Accept via Stripe. No subscription, ever - your rate simply drops by itself as your monthly volume grows ($33 from your 12th lead, $30 from your 25th), and proven installers can reserve their patch so matching leads land automatically.
What if a lead is low quality?
Every lead is guaranteed. If a lead you accepted is uncontactable, out of area, the wrong system or a duplicate, tap the report link within 7 days and we credit your next lead free, automatically. You never pay for a dud.
What counts as “uncontactable” vs a customer who just didn’t get back to me?
“Uncontactable” means you never reached them at all: no answer and no reply after at least three genuine attempts, across at least two channels (e.g. phone and SMS), on different days. That is a dud and it is covered. But if you made contact even once - they answered, replied, or responded in any way - the lead counts as delivered, even if they then go quiet, don’t reply to your quote, or pick another installer. That is the normal risk of quoting, not a dud. You are paying for a genuine introduction to a real, in-area homeowner who asked for quotes, not for winning the job.
Are leads exclusive?
No. Up to 2 other local installers may receive the same lead (hard cap of 3 installers per lead, enforced in code). First 3 to accept win; others get an auto-decline email. If you want territorial exclusivity, we offer a separate retainer model for manufacturers and national partners.
What suburbs do you cover?
We rank nationally for home energy queries. You set your base postcode and how far you travel (up to 200km), and we match you to leads inside that radius. Adjust it anytime from your dashboard.
Can I pause or change my area?
Yes - anytime, from your own dashboard. Update your base postcode and travel radius, see every lead you have received, and pause or resume leads with one click. No phone calls, no waiting on us.
What systems do you focus on?
